Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma published a change to the Lockdown Level 4 amendment on Tuesday. Hotels and other accommodation establishments are now allowed to operate at full capacity on available rooms as long as they adhere to Covid-19 protocols.
Meanwhile, Eskom will increase electricity tariffs from 13.48% to 17.80% for Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban residents from 1 July 2021. According to MyBroadband, “eThekwini mayor Mxolisi Kaunda said they have been able to cap their tariff increases at the lowest percentage in five years.”
