Cape Town – Actor Jussie Smollett was found guilty of orchestrating fake racist and homophobic attacks in January 2019. On Thursday, 9 December he was issued five of six felony counts of disorderly conduct and could face up to 3 years behind bars. Smollett’s legal team has confirmed that the former Empire actor will appeal the verdict.
