This morning Eskom’s main feeder that supplies electricity to the City of Cape Town was down and some areas were still left with no power, making it a full 12 hours without any electricity.
Orlando Pirates defeated Marumo Gallants 2-1 on Monday night after coming from a goal down to claim victory. Pirates went behind early on in the 12th minute but soon started to find their feet and played some good football to hit back in the 24th minute with the equaliser coming from the boot of striker Kwame Peprah. The Ghanian star man soon doubled his team’s tally and Pirates nearly scored again late on in the match. The win sees Pirates climb to second on the PSL table.
