Lima (AFP) – “Ever since I was a child, I liked to skateboard,” says Willy Quispe, on the ramp he and his father built outside their house. They live at the top of hill of Villa Maria del Triunfo, a crowded and poor district on the southern outskirts of Lima, yet the neighbourhood’s residents make the best of what they have to follow their dreams.
