Kyiv (Ukraine) (AFP) – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky says in his daily address that Russia has “provoked a food crisis in order to use grain, corn and oil supplies as weapons” as the first Ukrainian grain shipment since the Russian invasion reaches Turkey.
