China says relations with the US must get ‘back onto the right track’ at G20

Beijing (AFP) – Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Mao Ning, says the country hopes “the US will work together with China, appropriately keep differences in check…and avoid misunderstandings and misjudgements”, ahead of a meeting between President, Xi Jinping, and his American counterpart, Joe Biden, on Monday, ahead of the G20 summit in Bali.
