On Monday, the Supreme Court of Appeal decided that former Correctional Services Commissioner Arthur Fraser’s decision to grant medical parole to Jacob Zuma was illegal. Judges deemed it improper for Fraser to overturn the Medical Parole Advisory Board’s judgement and release him to complete the remainder of his sentence at home, the Daily Maverick reports.
