Buenos Aires (AFP) – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva arrives at the Jorge Newbery Aeroparque Military Air Station in Buenos Aires with his wife Rosangela “Janja” da Silva, ahead of his meeting with Argentine President Alberto Fernandez and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
