Washington (AFP) – Soon after the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced last year that Nina Jankowicz would head a newly-formed Disinformation Governance Board, she faced an onslaught of online abuse, including death threats, that drove her to resign after merely 10 weeks on the job.
