Peruvian whale could beat blue whale to ‘heaviest animal ever’ title

Lima (AFP) – Paleontologists have unveiled remains of the newly discovered ‘Perucetus colossus,’ a giant whale from Peru which could be the heaviest animal to have ever lived.
