Yerevan (AFP) – Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says his country is prepared to welcome 40,000 ethnic Armenian families from Nagorno-Karabakh, after Azerbaijan claimed to have regained control over the breakaway region in a lightning military operation.
