Opposition rally in Madagascar dispersed with tear gas

Antananarivo (AFP) – Madagascar police disperse an opposition rally in the capital, Antananarivo, a few weeks ahead of the presidential election. Police used tear gas against rival candidates of the incumbent president, Andry Rajoelina. Opposition candidates were rallying to denounce what they call an ‘institutional coup’ to keep Rajoelina in power.
