Puerto Vallarta (Mexico) (AFP) – Strong winds hit the popular beach resort of Puerto Vallarta on Mexico’s Pacific coast as Hurricane Lidia makes landfall as an “extremely dangerous” Category 4 storm, threatening to bring flooding and mudslides according to forecasters.
