Asuncion (AFP) – A riot breaks out at Tacumbu prison in Asuncion, Paraguay, which was taken over by hundreds of inmates after the Justice Minister publicly announced a plan “to retake power in the penitentiaries” where the Rotela Clan and Brazilian gangs reign supreme.
