Paris (AFP) – French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin says that he has asked the Pas-de-Calais authorities to close schools, nurseries and colleges in 200 communes due to flooding. “It is possible that tonight’s events will be very significant”, warns Darmanin, with more heavy rain expected in the north of France.
