Los Angeles (AFP) – Homeless and low-income residents of Los Angeles gather for a Thanksgiving meal being served in the city’s central Skid Row district. “Thanksgiving, I usually spend by myself” says Carlos Schmidt, one of those benefitting from the meal, which has been organised by the Los Angeles Mission.
