Port-au-Prince (AFP) – Bodies pile up in the streets as the sound of gunshots echo in Haiti’s capital Port-au-Prince. Efforts to set up a presidential transitional council haven’t been successful due to disagreement among political parties and doubts over the legality of such a council.
