Vlorë (Albania) (AFP) – Stamped with the number 105, “The Storm” is the last surviving submarine from the Soviet Union’s “Project 603”, which was abandoned by Moscow in Albanian waters after a falling-out in 1961 with the Albanian communist dictator Enver Hoxha.
