Vienna (AFP) – At the Austrian World Summit climate conference, Arnold Schwarzenegger denounces Europe for “financing the war” in Ukraine by paying Russia for fuel, saying “we have blood on our hands”. The actor also references 9 year-old Ella who died of asthma after being exposed to high levels of pollution, saying we need to get rid of fossil fuels as “we owe it to our Ellas”.
