LARSI CHECKPOINT (Georgia) (AFP) – Russian vehicles flock to cross the Georgian border after President Vladimir Putin announced a partial military mobilisation. Regional Russian authorities says 2,300 private vehicles were waiting to enter Georgia at one crossing.
