Berlin (AFP) – Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal emphasises the urgent need for money to help the country “get through the winter and save people from a humanitarian catastrophe”. Shmyhal was speaking at the conference of International Experts for the Reconstruction of Ukraine.
