Sochi (Russia) (AFP) – Russian President Vladimir Putin says that Russia “retains the right” to leave the Ukrainian grain export deal if Ukraine “violates” guarantees to not use the humanitarian corridor in the Black Sea for hostilities against the Russian Federation.
