Annecy (France) (AFP) – An impromptu shrine emerged overnight in Annecy where dozens of residents, with tears in their eyes, laid flowers or came to pay their respects in front of the small memorial set up in the playground where a Syrian refugee stabbed four very young children, two of whom are still in life-threatening condition.
