Tokyo (AFP) – While millions of visitors happily savour Japan’s fish- and meat-heavy cuisine, options for vegetarians and vegans can be harder to find. Now, Tokyo and other cities are on a mission to show Japan’s renowned gastronomy is not off-limits to those who don’t eat meat.
