Images released by Russia’s emergency services show rescuers responding in the aftermath of shelling on the city of Belgorod. Regional authorities said at least 10 people were killed in the attack on the city, about 30 kilometres (19 miles) from the border with Ukraine, blaming it on the Ukrainian army.
